Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Acceptance

  • Cancellations are accepted until 11:59 PM (Japan Standard Time) 7 days before the event date.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us via our contact form.

2. Cancellation Fee

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date: Full refund.
  • However, cancellations made after the costume size has been confirmed will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total payment amount.
    • In this case, the costume will be shipped to your designated address (shipping fee is covered by the Company).
  • Cancellations made the day before the event date or later: No refund.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through your credit card company. The timing of the refund will vary depending on your credit card company’s billing cycle.

4. Changes or Cancellation of Service

  • In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, a full refund will be provided.
  • In the event of changes or cancellation of the Service due to circumstances on the Company’s side, we will provide alternative options to the extent possible. However, if these options are not acceptable, a partial or full refund will be provided.
    • Please note that it may take some time to provide alternative options.

5. Safety Reasons

We reserve the right to refuse participation for safety reasons. In such cases, refunds will generally not be provided.
